Caramel Hazelnut Affogato

Ingredients
2 scoops of your favorite ice cream—I used Breyer’s Vanilla Caramel Gelato
3 fl oz cold espresso—I used 1/2 can Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso & Salted Caramel Cream
1 teaspoon toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
Dark chocolate shavings
Drizzle of caramel sauce
Instructions
Add ice cream to a cup or dish.
Using a cheese grater, shave a dark chocolate bar over the dish so the shavings fall on top of your ice cream.
Pour espresso over ice cream.
Top with finely chopped hazelnuts and a drizzle of caramel.
