Pesto Pasta Salad

When it’s backyard bbq season, a quick and easy dish to prepare is just what you need. This Pesto Pasta Salad is perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. cheese tortellini

  • 1/2 cup pesto

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

  • 12 oz. marinated mozzarella balls

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup summer sausage, sliced into chunks

  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 1-1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.

  • Gently toss in remaining ingredients. Keep chilled until serving.
